		<description>I agree, even if you weed out the the worst ideas and focus on those with true potential you still need to &quot;incubate&quot; or protect them from the elements (traditional corporate culture) until they have gathered some strength.  We like to joke that many companies are actually a hostile environment for innovation and new ideas and its not far from the truth. Existing products and services can handle things that might kill off a new idea if the same corporate rules are applied too early. Innovation often needs a fertile and protected ground in order to put down roots.</description>
